Science & Natural History Museums Visit

To round off STEM Week, Year 6 students visited the Science & Natural History Museums to experience hands-on exhibits in the Technicians Gallery. Bringing to life a variety of workplace scenarios from blockbuster film sets to pharmaceutical labs, gave them insights into this vital lab role. Next came the Wonder Show lecture and finally a much-anticipated visit to the Wonderlab – an interactive experience which ignited curiosity and fuelled a lot of students’ imaginations!

Next, Year 6 headed to the Volcanoes & Earthquakes gallery in the Natural History Museum to enjoy dramatic film footage, exhibits, interactive games and the famous earthquake simulator, as they explored how the powers within shape the world in which we live.
